2026-08-31 — Hilton Honors American Express Aspire Card
- Verified accurate — no changes. Fee, earning rates, all credits, Free Night Rewards and their spend gates, Diamond status, and coverage ceilings re-confirmed against americanexpress.com. The Venue Collection Concessions credit still ends 12/31/2026 — no extension announced.
- Checked Hilton's newly-announced Diamond Reserve tier (coming ~January 2027): it does not affect this card — it isn't attainable via any credit card, and Aspire's complimentary Diamond status is unaffected.

amex-hilton-honors-aspire.json: Amex's $550-fee top-tier Hilton co-brand, joining the existing no-fee amex-hilton-honors.json and $150-fee amex-hilton-honors-surpass.json. Sources: the card's americanexpress.com product page, its full Terms, Conditions & Disclosures page, and Amex's card-specific benefit-detail pages. - Earning: 14x direct Hilton portfolio bookings (Hilton-only, not auto-counted against general hotel spend), 7x US restaurants, 7x flights booked direct or via Amex Travel, 7x select car rental companies (shown, not auto-counted), 3x everything else.
- Credits: $400/yr Hilton Resort Credit ($200 semiannual), $200/yr Flight Credit ($50/quarter), $219/yr CLEAR Plus Credit (one shared answer with the Classic Green and Platinum cards), $100 Waldorf Astoria/Conrad Property Credit (per booking, unlimited bookings), and the American Express Venue Collection Concessions Credit (10% back up to $250/yr on stadium/arena F&B, through 12/31/2026 — identical terms to the Surpass card's copy).
- Three Free Night Reward certificates: the annual one (no spend threshold, unlike Surpass's $15k-gated single certificate), a second at $30,000 calendar-year spend, and a third at $60,000 — all anchored at a conservative $300/yr value (typical Hilton night $200-400; Frequent Miler's optimized-use math runs ~$521, so this deliberately under-promises).
- Perks: complimentary Diamond status (top Hilton tier — 100% points bonus, premium Wi-Fi, executive lounge access at select properties) and National Car Rental Emerald Club Executive status (enrollment required).
- Standard Amex Assurance coverages: rental CDW ($75,000/30-day ceiling sourced from the shared CRLDI benefit guide PDF, not card-specific), purchase protection ($10k/item, $50k/yr), extended warranty (warranties ≤5yr, $10k/item, $50k/yr), return protection ($300/item, $1,000/yr, NEW vs. the base/Surpass cards), cell phone protection ($800/claim, 2 claims/12mo, NEW vs. base/Surpass), trip delay ($500/trip, 2 claims/12mo, card-specific-primary-confirmed), baggage insurance ($2,000 checked / $3,000 combined / $3,000 per-trip aggregate — richer than Surpass's $1,250/$500), and trip cancellation/interruption ($10,000/trip, $20,000/12mo — at the time sourced from the issuer's terms page plus two agreeing secondaries; a later pass confirmed it against Amex's own card-specific page, see the 2026-08-31 entry).
- No Priority Pass / general lounge access on this card — verified absent against the issuer's terms page and two secondaries, despite a claim floating around that said otherwise.
- Points values (0.4¢ typical / 0.5¢ optimized) mirror the base Hilton Honors and Surpass cards, so the three siblings price Hilton points consistently.
- Omitted as issuer/network-generic non-monetizable extras: Global Dining Access by Resy (confirmed present, no dollar figure), Premium Global Assist Hotline, Concierge, Lowest Hotel Rates Guarantee, Amex Venue Collection entrances/fast lanes, Pay It/Plan It, Send & Split, Instant Card Number, Year-End Summary, Amex Offers marketplace, Amex Preferred/Presale/Reserved Tickets access.
